Managing Projects via Critical Chain

Workshop Outcomes

This workshop is designed for a target audience of personnel managing standard projects in a variety of environments. It will provide a sufficiently detailed framework around which the participant can usefully put into practice the aims and objectives of project management based on identifying the critical chain of events to deliver on brief, on-time, and on budget.
