Programme Outcomes

This programme is designed for a target audience of shop floor personnel, team leaders artisans/ operations personnel / stores personnel implementing business process improvement practices. It will provide a sufficiently detailed framework around which the participants can usefully put into practice the aims and objectives of ‘5S’ the best practice of establishing basic discipline in the workplace using a world recognised approach based on original Japanese methodology. The programme involves practical guidance on implementing 5S with each step practically explained

On completion of the workshop participants will be able to:

Identify the steps towards attaining 5S as a sustainable practice.

Generate 5S audits and be able to follow-up on satisfaction of a step.
